The Theology course takes 3 years to complete. After the 3 years you will get a Diploma.

There are 11 subjects per year.

Each subject must be completed within a month, however it can be done in your own time.

Study material will be sent each month for you to complete by your Lecturer. After completion, all required documents must be sent back to the Lecturer.

There is graduation ceremony after each year that is completed. Students from all over South Africa who have passed the year can attend to receive their certificates or Diplomas in person.

Students are required to wear formal wear whilst attending the graduation.

Woman are required to wear a navy-blue skirt, a white blouse and navy-blue scarf as well as black shoes.

Men are required to wear a navy-blue pants, white shirt and navy-blue tie as well as black shoes.
